Message It basically goes like this.

2 months ago I had a previous customer of mine special order about $750 worth of OEM Parts from me. I never usually special order anything without a customer paying for them first, but in this case him being a customer who has bought quite a few parts from me in the past I didn't collect upfront.(BIG MISTAKE)

So the parts get in and he says he'll meet up with me in the next week or so, 2 weeks go by and he is MIA. Wont return phone calls or anything. Since the parts aren't returnable to the NISSAN plants because they are spec order, I am now stuck with $750 in inventory.

I'm not too worried about it because they are somewhat popular parts(SEE MY CLASSIFIED POST) But being such a small business to begin with $750 in additional inventory that I primarily don't sell is kind of a drag for me. So i figured I'd call Courtesy, being that they are one of the largest z32 parts specialists in the US. Figuring they would possibly help me out.

Well anyways I call up the manager at Courtesy to see if he is willing to take over the inventory for cost or even less and he blatantly asked me "why would I do that?" I thought that was extremely rude! Instead of saying, "You know I just can't do that, because it isn't in our best interests or our policy doesn't allow that, he was just a complete dick about it. Stating that he has got a boss' mouth to feed and whatever, didn't make any sense to me. Seeing that he would be getting the parts for cost or less, I just don't see the loss in taking over the inventory. I just find the way that he went about it very unprofessional, especially for a parts manager dealing with another business.

Maybe I am wrong here I don't know. No sweat off my back, but I figured I would let everyone know of my unpleasant experience with the "Courtesy" Nissan parts manager.
